How to order – USBs and Memory Cards

Step 1: ORDER FORM

 

Please print and complete our >> Order Form <<. Note: Please insert your quote number into the order form. If we have not already quoted you, then please call us or contact us using the enquiry form on the right of the page.

 

 

Step 2: SENDING YOUR MATERIAL

 

Please send the completed order form to us via e-mail, fax, or post, with your:

  • Artwork – for instance, your logo or text to be printed onto your flash drive. your can send this to us via email, FTP or CD / DVD Company logo and or text for the flash memory product being ordered (please see the notes below).
  • Any content (company presentations, videos, brochures or any other promotional material) which you would like pre-loaded onto your flash memory product. This can be sent via, FTP, e-mail, CD, DVD or USB.

STEP 3: - PROOF APPROVAL & PRODUCTION

 

When we receive the content that you would like printed onto your flash drives, our design team will create a 3D design of your flash drive. we will then send you this mock up via pdf for your approval. Physical proofs of your chosen flash drive are available at an additional charge.

 

All memory cards will require approval of a physical content proof unless a proof waiver is signed by the client. Production will begin immediately once we receive your approval to continue in writing and once payment has cleared into our bank account. How to send us your logo or text please only send your logo and text in vectorised form and NOT as a pixel image.

 

Vectorised images can be altered in size without causing distortion. Vectorised .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) data can be created using anyone of the following programs:

  • Adobe Illustrator®
  • Quark Express
  • Adobe Indesign

If you are unsure about any of the above, then please contact us and we will be happy to help you out. Please also, note that when specifying colours, these must be given as Pantone references as its only possible to print in spot colors.
